We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, providing information about products/services, and maintaining customer relationships.
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
Explain products or services to customers clearly and effectively.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain customer database and update records regularly.
Generate leads and follow up on existing leads.
Schedule appointments or demos when required.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when needed.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejections and remain positive.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools is a plus).
Fluent in [English/Hindi/Regional language].
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Previous telecalling or customer service experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
