About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Telecaller to join a fast-growing EdTech company. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a proven track record in telesales or student counseling.

Key Responsibilities:

📞 Make outbound calls to leads and guide them about educational programs

📋 Maintain detailed lead and call records

🎯 Work towards achieving enrollment targets

🤝 Follow up with prospective students and handle queries

📈 Generate interest and convert leads into enrollments

Requirements:

✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling or sales (preferably EdTech or counseling)

✅ Fluent in Hindi & comfortable in basic English

✅ Good convincing and interpersonal skills

✅ Comfortable working from the office initially
