### About the Role

We are looking for friendly, confident and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Service Team.

Your main responsibility will be to speak with customers, assist them with their holiday voucher details and complete basic voucher verification. You will guide customers politely, answer their queries and coordinate with the team for the next steps.

This is a customer service and verification role, with proper training provided by the company.

### Key Responsibilities

• Speak with customers professionally and politely.

• Explain basic details related to the company's holiday vouchers.

• Verify customer and voucher details over the phone.

• Assist customers with their queries and requirements.

• Coordinate with the concerned team for voucher verification and further process.

• Maintain proper customer follow-up.

• Provide a positive and helpful customer experience.
