Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Telecalling Executive to support our jewellery showroom sales and customer engagement activities. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, promoting showroom offers, generating customer visits, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Inform customers about new jewellery collections, offers, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Generate showroom visit appointments and follow up with customers.
Maintain and update customer databases and call records.
Coordinate with the showroom sales team regarding customer requirements and appointments.
Follow up with customers for feedback, repeat purchases, and referrals.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Maintain professional communication and customer service standards at all times.
