About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and confident Telecaller to join our team in Visakhapatnam. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and proven experience in handling customer calls, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Handle incoming customer calls and respond to queries professionally.

• Explain company products/services clearly and confidently.

• Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and prospects.

• Convert leads into successful appointments, enquiries, or sales.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and follow-ups.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and performance targets.

• Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication.

• Escalate customer issues to the appropriate department when required.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or a similar role.

• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.

• Good command of English and Telugu; Hindi will be an added advantage.

• Ability to handle customer objections and follow up effectively.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM software.

• Candidates with local market/customer-handling experience in Visakhapatnam will be preferred.
