We are looking for a Female Calling Executive to join our team. The candidate should be confident in handling customer calls and support in office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls professionally and resolve basic queries.
Maintain proper communication with clients and customers.
Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain records when required.
Assist the team with routine operational work.
Use computer applications for day-to-day office work.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.

Job Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
