The Telecaller will be responsible for communicating with students, parents, and schools to provide information about the CPCL Super 30 program, which offers free coaching for IIT-JEE aspirants from economically weaker backgrounds. The role involves outreach, follow-ups, and maintaining communication records to support student enrollment and program awareness.
Make outbound calls to students, parents, and school representatives to explain the CPCL Super 30 program.
Provide accurate information regarding eligibility criteria, application process, entrance tests, and program benefits.
Follow up with potential applicants and ensure completion of application requirements.
Maintain a database of contacted students, responses, and follow-up status.
Coordinate with the program team for updates on admissions, examinations, and program activities.
Assist in organizing awareness campaigns and admission drives.
Respond to incoming calls and queries from students and parents.
Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times.
Good communication skills in Tamil and English (Hindi is an added advantage).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, data entry, email communication).
Ability to convince and guide students/parents.
Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
Patience and a positive attitude while interacting with people.
Any graduate (preferred) or minimum 12th pass with good communication skills.
0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or education counseling is preferred.
Interest in working with students from underprivileged backgrounds.
Ability to handle high call volumes and follow-up tasks.
