Job Title: Telecaller (Lead Generation)

Job Type: Full-time
Company: Club Viator Private Limited (Tour & Travel)
Time: 10.30 to 7.30 pm

Job Role:

Club Viator Private Limited is looking for a Telecaller to support our tour and travel services by generating leads through outbound and inbound calls. This role focuses on identifying potential customers and sharing basic information about our travel services—no direct sales involved.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound inquiries.
Introduce the company and provide information about travel packages and services.
Identify interested customers and generate qualified leads.
Maintain and update customer data in the system.
Follow up with interested prospects when required.
Coordinate with the sales/booking team by sharing verified leads.
Maintain a professional and polite communication style on calls.

Note: This role is strictly for lead generation and customer engagement. No direct sales targets are involved.
