We are looking for a Pre-Sales Executive with excellent communication and customer engagement skills to handle client inquiries, generate leads, and support the sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with potential clients, providing detailed property information, and coordinating site visits. The candidate should be confident, persuasive, and well-versed in customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Follow-ups
Contact potential clients via calls, emails, and social media inquiries.
Qualify and nurture leads, ensuring timely follow-ups.
Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) with accurate details.
2. Client Engagement & Coordination
Understand client needs and provide relevant project details.
Handle initial inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
Schedule and confirm site visits for prospective buyers.
3. Sales Support & Collaboration
Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.
Keep track of market trends and customer preferences.
4. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead conversion progress.
Ensure all pre-sales activities align with company policies and targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in pre-sales, tele calling, or customer service (real estate experience preferred).
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, and digital communication tools.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
