The Telecaller at Afaq Clinics is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, assisting patients with appointment bookings, follow-ups, and general inquiries. The role focuses on providing clear information, ensuring patient satisfaction, and supporting smooth clinic operations through effective communication.
Handle incoming patient calls professionally and courteously
Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and reminders
Provide accurate information about clinic services, doctors, timings, and procedures
Assist patients in scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments
Maintain and update patient call records and basic data in the system
Coordinate with front desk staff, doctors, and clinic managers as required
Address patient queries, concerns, and complaints in a polite and helpful manner
Follow clinic communication protocols and maintain confidentiality of patient information
Support promotional or awareness calls as instructed by management
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language (preferred)
Polite, patient-friendly, and professional attitude
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
Ability to handle calls efficiently and manage multiple tasks
Willingness to learn clinic services and healthcare processes
