About Gurugram Space

Gurugram Space is a growing real estate consultancy specializing in residential rentals, resale, purchase and property solutions across Gurugram. We are looking for confident and result-oriented individuals to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with property owners and prospective customers.

• Understand customer requirements including budget, property type, preferred locality, configuration and possession requirements.

• Generate and qualify real estate leads through calling.

• Coordinate with property owners, buyers and tenants.

• Maintain accurate lead and customer records.

• Follow up regularly with interested customers and convert qualified leads into site visits/deals.

• Coordinate with the sales team for property visits and negotiations.

• Maintain professional communication with clients over phone and WhatsApp.

• Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling and sales targets.

• Stay updated with available properties, localities and current market requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Confident and professional telephone etiquette.

• Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and Excel/Google Sheets.

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

• Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.

• Real estate sales/calling experience will be an advantage.

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
