We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Personal Loan Telecaller to promote and sell personal loan products over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining loan features, and closing sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote personal loan products
Explain loan features such as interest rates, tenure, EMI, eligibility, and documentation
Generate leads and follow up regularly to convert them into disbursements
Verify basic customer eligibility (income, employment, credit profile)
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic issues
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Experience in telecalling, banking, NBFC, or loan sales is an advantage
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
