Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. The role involves generating leads, interacting with clients, and converting inquiries into site visits and bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through outbound and inbound calls
Explain property details, pricing, and project highlights to potential clients
Maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads into site visits/bookings
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Maintain and update CRM/Excel records of leads and customer interactions
Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and closures
Requirements
Qualification: HSC / Graduate
Experience: Up to 4 years in telecalling / sales
Good communication skills in Hindi & English (Marathi is a plus)
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Basic knowledge of real estate is preferred
