Job Summary

Appin Technology is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting students/prospective customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our courses and services, and supporting the admissions/enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective students/customers.

Explain courses, training programs, fees, and available opportunities clearly.

Understand customer/student requirements and provide suitable information.

Follow up with interested candidates through calls and WhatsApp.

Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and leads.

Schedule counselling sessions or appointments when required.

Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.

Handle customer queries professionally and politely.

Convert leads into admissions/enrollments through effective communication.

Coordinate with the counselling and recruitment teams.

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident and pleasant telephone manner.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.

Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups.

Good Tamil and English communication skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Freshers are welcome to apply.
