Role Overview

As a Technical Support Executive, you’ll handle voice-based customer support with a strong focus on upselling and cross-selling, ensuring a positive customer experience while driving additional business value on every call.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound voice process calls, resolving customer queries efficiently

• Identify and act on upselling and cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions

• Deliver excellent customer handling and communication throughout each call

• Maintain a professional, solution-oriented approach to support

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a Voice Process (BPO/Customer Support)

• Mandatory experience in Upselling or Cross-selling

• Excellent communication and customer handling skills

• Immediate joiners preferred

Working Days & Timing

Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Sunday Fixed Off
