Hiring for Multiple Customer Support & Backend Processes

Location:Mansarovar, Jaipur.

We are hiring for multiple Voice, Chat, Blended, and Backend Customer Support processes for leading international projects. Candidates with good communication skills and BPO/customer service experience are encouraged to apply.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of BPO / Customer Service experience preferred

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Customer handling and problem-solving skills required

• Experience in Chat, Email, Voice, Travel, Hospitality, Semi-Technical, or International BPO processes will be an added advantage

• Immediate joiners preferred

Preferred Backgrounds

Candidates with experience in the following domains/processes will be preferred:

• International Voice Process

• Customer Service

• Travel Process

• Hospitality Support

• Chat & Email Support

• Semi-Technical Support

• E-commerce Support

• Upselling / Sales Support

• Amadeus Knowledge (for travel profiles)

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Range: ₹28,000 to ₹35,000 CTC per month

• Performance incentives available for selected processes

• Growth opportunities in international and domestic support operations

Work Schedule

• 5.5 to 6 days working

• Rotational shifts and rotational week-offs

• Day shifts available for selected female candidates in specific processes

Cab & Transportation

• Cab facilities available for selected processes only

• Travel allowance (one-side) available for selected processes

• Cab facility available for females during odd hours

• Night shift allowance / travel allowance available for male employees in selected processes

Interview Process

• HR Round

• Assessment Round (AMCAT / Versant / Process Assessment as applicable)

• Operations Round
