We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Executive (Voice Process) to provide efficient technical assistance and troubleshooting support to customers. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and the ability to resolve technical issues related to hardware and software.
The role focuses on delivering quick, accurate, and customer-friendly solutions through effective voice-based interactions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Provide voice-based technical support to customers.
Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
Guide customers step-by-step through problem-solving procedures.
Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and incidents.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
Deliver excellent customer service while meeting process metrics and targets.
Education: Fresher or Graduate from BCA / BE / B.Tech (IT background preferred)
Experience:

Candidates with 1+ year of technical support or IT-related experience preferred
Age Limit: Up to 40 years
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong technical aptitude and analytical thinking
Typing speed of at least 20 WPM with 80% accuracy
Registration: AI-based Screening & HR Round
Assessment:
SVAR Test: Minimum Cut-off – B2 Level
Typing Test: 20 WPM & 80% Accuracy
Final Round: Operations Team Interview
Shift Timing: 12:30 PM – 2:30 AM (9.5-hour shift)
Weekly Off: 2 Split Offs (No fixed Saturday or Sunday off)
