We are looking for a Technical Sales Executive to join our team at VIKAS TRADERS. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to CEMENT. The role offers ₹10,000 - ₹10,000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Counter Visits & Retail Sales
Conduct daily visits to retail counters to secure orders and build strong dealer relationships.
Maintain stock visibility and ensure promotional material (banners/posters) is displayed properly.
2. Mason & Contractor Registration
Identify and register local masons, contractors, and builders to expand the influencer network.
Engage masons with loyalty schemes to drive sales recommendations and support counter push.
3. Sales Targets & Payment Recovery
Achieve assigned monthly cement sales targets (Tonnage).
