Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible SOC Call Executive to monitor telecom site alarms, coordinate with field teams, and ensure timely communication and resolution of site-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor site alarms and notifications through the SOC monitoring system.

• Make calls to field technicians and concerned teams regarding site alarms.

• Follow up on power failures, equipment faults, and other site-related issues.

• Maintain call logs, alarm records, and daily reports.

• Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team or supervisor.

• Coordinate with field teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

• Update alarm status and maintain proper records.

• Work in rotational shifts as per business requirements.

Required Skills

• Good communication and telephone-handling skills.

• Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.

• Good coordination and follow-up skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple calls.

Qualification: Graduate preferred; fresher & B.tech (EC) only.

Salary: As per experience and interview performance.
