Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote stock market services and trading platforms.
Understand client needs and offer appropriate products and services.
Explain stock market basics, trading options, investment plans, and brokerage services.
Convert leads into active clients by building trust and credibility.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Update CRM with client interactions and progress.
Stay up-to-date with stock market trends, IPOs, mutual funds, and other investment products
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in telesales or outbound sales (preferably in stock broking, financial services, or banking)
Good understanding of equity markets, trading, and investment products
Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English and regional languages
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated
Basic knowledge of trading platforms like Zerodha, Upstox, Angel One, etc., is a plus
SEBI/NISM certification is an added advantage
