Consultant – Matrimony Process (B2C)

Department: Matrimony / Customer Sales
Process: B2C (Business to Consumer)
Location: Koramangala, Bangalore
CTC: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday fixed off)

Position Description

As a Consultant in the Matrimony B2C process, you will be responsible for engaging directly with customers who have shown interest in matrimony services, guiding them through profile registration, membership plans, and upgrades. The role demands excellent communication skills, persuasive selling ability, and a customer-first approach to help clients find suitable matches while achieving individual and team sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement

• Handle inbound/outbound calls with prospective customers interested in matrimony services

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable membership packages

• Convert leads into paid memberships/upgrades to achieve monthly sales targets

• Follow up consistently with warm leads and past inquiries

Customer Relationship Management

• Build rapport and trust with customers through effective communication

• Address customer queries and concerns professionally

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/systems

Target Achievement

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly revenue/conversion targets

• Maintain high call quality and customer satisfaction scores

Experience & Skills Required

Work Experience: 0–3 years in sales, telesales, or BPO/voice process (freshers can apply)
