Job Summary

Reboot Software Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to drive sales through outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and target-driven, with the ability to convert leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads

• Handle inbound sales inquiries and follow up on leads

• Explain Reboot Software’s products and services clearly

• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Maintain call and sales records in CRM systems

• Follow up with customers to close pending opportunities

• Handle objections and resolve customer queries professionally

• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 12th pass / Graduate (any stream)

• 0–3 years of experience in telesales / telecalling / inside sales

• Good communication skills in English and local language

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills

• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, calling tools)

• Ability to work under targets and pressure

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Software / SaaS / IT services sales

• B2B or B2C sales exposure

• Customer-centric mindset
