Position: Senior Telecaller
Experience: 1–2 Years
Location: TB Clinic
Clinic Timings :11-8pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients in a professional and empathetic manner.

• Follow up with patients on a daily basis regarding appointments, treatment, and medication adherence.

• Coordinate effectively with doctors, counsellors, and the clinic team to ensure smooth patient management.

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments and maintain follow-up records.

• Provide accurate information about TB services, treatment plans, and clinic facilities.

• Address patient queries and resolve concerns promptly.

• Maintain patient data and update follow-up details in the clinic management system.

• Ensure timely communication with referred patients and encourage them to visit the clinic.

• Prepare daily call reports and share follow-up updates with the reporting manager.

• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow clinic protocols at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience as a Telecaller, preferably in the healthcare sector.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.

• Ability to build rapport with patients and provide compassionate support.

• Good knowledge of MS Office and patient record management.

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve daily follow-up targets.

• Fluent in Hindi; basic English communication is preferred.
