Location: Delhi/NCR – Office Based
Experience: 1–6+ Years
Salary: ₹16,000–₹18,000 + Performance Incentives
Working: Full-Time | 6 Days

Key Responsibilities

• Enquiry leads par outbound calls karna.

• Customer ki requirement samajhna aur leads qualify karna.

• Hair-transplant consultation explain karke appointments book karna.

• Interested patients ka regular follow-up karna.

• Customer objections handle karke conversion improve karna.

• Consultation confirm karna aur no-show reduce karna.

• CRM mein calls, follow-ups aur lead status update karna.

• Daily sales/conversion targets achieve karna.

• Clinic & internal team ke saath appointment coordination karna.

Candidate Profile

• Hindi communication strong honi chahiye; basic English preferred.

• Confident, energetic aur target-oriented.

• Calling/Sales/Telecalling experience preferred.

• Basic computer/CRM knowledge.

Good performers can earn ₹25,000–₹30,000+ based on performance.
