We are looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Specialist to own lead conversion and drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for managing a high-volume sales funnel, ensuring every rupee of marketing spend translates into measurable revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Conversion: Respond to "hot" inbound leads within defined turnaround times (TAT) to ensure zero lead leakage.
ROAS Management: Track and report on the effectiveness of different lead sources, providing feedback to the marketing team to optimize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Sales Lifecycle: Manage the complete sales cycle from initial qualification to closing complex, high-ticket deals.
Pipeline Optimization: Use CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce to analyze conversion rates at each stage of the funnel.
Negotiation & Closing: Lead persuasive discovery calls and virtual demonstrations to handle objections and secure enrollments or contracts.
Team Support: (For Team Lead roles) Mentor junior telecallers, assign daily call targets, and handle escalated, high-value closures.
