1) 1-2 Years Any International Customer Support Experience.
2) Education Qualification Min. Intermediate/ 12th/ PUC / Graduate.
3) Good English verbal and written skills required.
4) Preferred candidates willing to work for Rotational shifts.
5) Provide product and service information to customers.
6) Respond to customer's issues on TAT.
