OVERALL, PURPOSE OF JOB

A basic understanding of the accounting processes, especially the accounts payable process.

Job entails timely and accurate processing of invoices as per requirement.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities – L1 and L2

· Accurately and efficiently input invoice data into the accounting system, including vendor information, invoice number, date, amounts, line items, and relevant coding

· Escalate complex issues or exceptions to the appropriate team member or supervisor.

· Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet processing deadlines.

· Follow established invoice processing procedures and guidelines.

· Stay updated on any changes to processes or policies.

· Identify potential process improvements and provide feedback to the supervisor.

· Participate in training and development activities to enhance job skills

Schedule: Rotational Shifts

Key Qualifications

Graduate Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred / or 10+2 (intermediate) with 2 or 3 year of experience in relevant field

Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong work ethic and a commitment to meeting deadlines.

Basic understanding of accounting principles and invoice processing concepts is a plus.

Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and speed.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
