We are looking for a CRM Executive to join the Zoodle team, supporting our mission to deliver quality early childhood education across India.
Role Summary:
The CRM Executive will handle parent communication, lead follow-ups, and customer retention for Zoodle Kid. The role focuses on ensuring smooth communication, driving conversions, and building long-term relationships with parents.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily lead follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and email to convert inquiries into enrolments.
Maintain customer retention by engaging parents and encouraging repeat purchases of Zoodle Kid kits.
Update CRM tools with accurate data, follow-up notes, and status for all leads and customers.
Prepare and share daily/weekly reports on leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Coordinate with internal teams for batch updates, schedules, and parent related information.
Handle parent queries and ensure timely, professional responses.
Track and manage customer journeys for onboarding, post- purchase communication, and feedback collection.
Key Requirements:
Hands on experience in CRM, customer communication, or inside sales.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially with parents.
Ability to handle high-volume leads and follow-ups efficiently.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools/software.
Basic reporting and data management skills.
