Key Responsibilities

• Handle travel enquiries through calls, WhatsApp & social media leads.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable group trips.

• Explain packages, inclusions, itineraries, pricing and trip details.

• Convert leads into confirmed bookings.

• Follow up with interested customers and maintain lead records.

• Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a smooth booking experience.

• Coordinate with the operations team for confirmed bookings.

• Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.

Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Sales or travel-industry experience preferred.

• Freshers with strong communication and sales interest can also apply.

• Comfortable speaking with customers over calls and WhatsApp.

• Knowledge or interest in travel and destinations is a plus.

• Target-oriented and energetic personality.
