ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our growing team. As the face of Trek
Tonic Adventures, you will be responsible for converting enquiries into bookings, building lasting relationships
with travellers, and growing our customer base across digital and offline channels. If you love the mountains

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle inbound enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media and convert them into confirmed
trek bookings.
• Proactively reach out to potential travellers, corporates, colleges, and travel groups to promote trek
packages.
• Understand customer travel goals and recommend suitable trek packages across Uttarakhand and
Himachal Pradesh.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals set by the management.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth booking confirmations, itinerary sharing, and
pre-trek briefings.
• Maintain an updated CRM / sales tracker with leads, follow-ups, and conversion status.
• Build and manage relationships with B2B partners such as corporate HR teams, schools, colleges, and
travel agents.
• Represent Trek Tonic Adventures at travel fairs, adventure events, college fests, and promotional
campaigns.
• Gather customer feedback post-trek and assist in improving service offerings based on insights.
• Support in creating promotional content ideas, offers, and packages for festive seasons and peak trekking
periods.
