Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Team Leader, you will lead a team of 8-10 Sales Executives, helping them meet
daily, weekly, and monthly targets while ensuring a strong, motivating team culture.
Manage and mentor a team of 8–10 Inside Sales Executives.
Drive daily sales performance and team KPIs.
Conduct regular training, call audits, and performance reviews.
Monitor CRM updates and ensure accurate tracking of leads.
Strategize and implement conversion tactics for maximum closures.
Act as the communication bridge between the team and Sales Manager.
Requirements:
2–4 years of B2C or inside sales experience
Prior experience in team handling (minimum 5 team members)
Strong understanding of EdTech/B2C sales funnels
Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational skills
Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure
