Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic, well-spoken, and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential customers over the phone, explain our products/services, build customer interest, and close sales deals to drive company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Make daily outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided lead database.
Product Explanation: Clearly pitch and explain the company’s products or services to customers and address their queries.
Lead Conversion: Follow up regularly with potential leads and successfully convert them into active clients.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed the assigned weekly and monthly sales targets.
Data Management: Accurately update and maintain call logs, customer feedback, and lead status in Excel sheets or the CRM system.
Customer Relations: Handle customer rejections politely and maintain a positive, professional relationship with all prospects.
Requirements & Skills:
Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate (Any stream).
Experience: 0 to 2 years (Freshers with good communication skills and experienced candidates are both welcome).
Language Skills: Good command over Hindi and basic/fluent English (knowing the local language is a plus).
Sales Skills: Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and handling smart calling applications/CRM.
Attitude: Highly motivated, resilient against rejections, and comfortable working in a target-based environment.
