Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and confident Telecaller – Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Noida. The role involves engaging with customers, generating leads, and contributing to sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products.

• Generate leads and follow up with interested clients for order closures.

• Maintain call logs, customer details, and lead reports.

• Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead management.

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about products.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience as a Telecaller / Telesales Executive (preferably in Pharma, Healthcare, or FMCG).

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.

• Positive attitude with the ability to meet targets under pressure.

• Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline.

Compensation:

• As per industry standards + attractive incentives based on performance.

Work Mode:

• Full-time, On-site (Noida Head Office)
