In this role, you will make outbound calls to prospective customers interested in new or used car financing, as well as handle inbound inquiries, providing clear details on loan products, interest rates, EMIs, eligibility criteria, and repayment options .

• You'll work closely with potential borrowers to understand their vehicle financing needs, guiding them through the application process, collecting and verifying documents, and coordinating with back-office teams to ensure smooth loan processing .

• Strong communication, negotiation skills, and a customer-friendly approach are essential, as is maintaining meticulous records in CRM and meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets .

• Ideal candidates are 12th pass (graduation preferred), with 6–1 year of experience in telecalling or financial services, proficient in Hindi.

• Freshers with enthusiasm for sales are encouraged to apply.
