Position: Sales Promoter – IFB
Department: Sales
Location: Assigned Retail Store
Reporting To: Team Leader / Area Sales Executive

Job Summary

The Sales Promoter will be responsible for promoting and selling IFB home appliances at the assigned retail outlet. The role involves achieving sales targets, assisting customers in product selection, demonstrating product features, maintaining product visibility, and coordinating with the store and IFB sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets for IFB products.

• Promote and sell IFB products including washing machines, refrigerators, air conditioners, dishwashers, and other home appliances.

• Approach customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable IFB products.

• Explain product features, specifications, benefits, pricing, offers, warranty, and after-sales services.

• Conduct effective product demonstrations and address customer queries.

• Generate leads and convert walk-in customers into sales.

• Maintain proper product display, visibility, branding, price tags, and promotional materials at the assigned store.

• Monitor product availability and coordinate with store personnel for stock replenishment.

• Maintain awareness of competitor products, pricing, offers, and promotional activities.

• Build and maintain good relationships with store staff and customers.

• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales, leads, stock, and customer enquiries.

• Follow IFB's sales processes, reporting requirements, and merchandising guidelines.

• Coordinate with the Area Sales Executive/Team Leader for sales planning, promotions, and issue resolution.

• Maintain professional conduct and represent the IFB brand positively at the assigned retail outlet.
