Key Responsibilities
Brand & Content Management
• Develop and maintain marketing materials including brochures, product catalogues, technical datasheets, and presentations
• Manage the company website content, social media pages (LinkedIn, Instagram), and digital presence
• Coordinate with design agencies or in-house teams for creative collateral aligned with brand guidelines
• Write and publish technical blog articles, press releases, and case studies
Lead Generation & Sales Support
• Identify and qualify leads through digital platforms, trade portals (IndiaMART, TradeIndia), and industry networks
• Coordinate with sales teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and client presentations
• Maintain and update CRM records with lead details, follow-up status, and opportunity pipelines
• Support participation in tenders, empanelment applications, and vendor registrations
Events & Exhibitions
• Coordinate company participation in trade fairs, industry exhibitions, and seminars (e.g., IMTEX, Quality Expos)
• Manage logistics for stall setup, promotional material dispatch, and team coordination for events
• Capture post-event data including leads collected, meetings conducted, and follow-up actions
Market Research & Analysis
• Conduct market research to identify new industry segments, target customers, and competitive landscape
• Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and new product launches in relevant sectors
• Prepare monthly marketing reports with metrics on lead generation, campaign performance, and website analytics
Client Communication & PR
• Draft and send e-mailers, newsletters, and product launch communications to the client database
• Manage customer testimonials, feedback collection, and case study documentation
• Coordinate with key accounts for joint marketing initiatives and referral programmes
Qualifications & Skills
Educational Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics) with MBA in Marketing, OR
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Marketing with proven experience in technical/industrial marketing
Experience
• 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, metrology, or capital equipment sectors
• Prior experience with calibration laboratories, testing equipment, or instrumentation industries is an added advantage
Technical Skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or equivalent)
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools: Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Canva, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM concepts and website content management (WordPress preferred)
