Radiant IT Services is hiring energetic and persuasive Sales Executives to promote our professional IT & Non-IT training programs as well as our recruitment and staffing services. If you are passionate about sales, career building, and client servicing, this opportunity is for you!

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and students

• Promote training courses and staffing services to individuals and companies

• Explain services, handle inquiries, and convert leads into sales

• Follow up with leads via phone, email, or WhatsApp

• Maintain a database of leads, calls, and conversions

• Meet weekly and monthly targets

• Build lasting relationships with students, job seekers, and corporate clients

✅ Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi

• Experience in telesales, educational sales, or recruitment sales preferred

• Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident personality

• Freshers with strong communication are welcome to apply

💰 Salary Structure:

• Freshers: ₹15,000/- to ₹18,000/- (Based on Interview)

• Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹25,000/- (Depending on Skills and Experience)

🕘 Office Time: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

📍 Work Mode: Work from Office (Kharadi, Pune)

📆 Working Days: Monday to Saturday

🗣 Interview Mode: Offline
