About the Role

We are looking for a tech-savvy and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Development Executive to support our sales and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a science background, strong analytical skills, hands-on knowledge of Advanced MS Excel, and an interest in the latest digital technologies, AI tools, email marketing, and business development.

The candidate should be comfortable working with data, digital tools, customer communication, lead generation, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new leads through online and offline channels.

• Conduct market research and identify potential customers and business opportunities.

• Manage and maintain lead/customer databases using MS Excel and CRM tools.

• Prepare sales reports, dashboards, MIS reports, and business analysis using Advanced Excel.

• Support email marketing campaigns, including database management, campaign execution, and follow-ups.

• Draft professional sales emails, marketing communications, proposals, and other business correspondence.

• Use AI tools and latest technologies to improve productivity, research, content creation, lead generation, and marketing activities.

• Assist in developing marketing campaigns across digital channels.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to track leads, conversions, follow-ups, and campaign performance.

• Monitor market trends, competitors, customer requirements, and emerging technologies.

• Prepare presentations, reports, and marketing/sales materials as required.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and support the sales team in converting qualified leads.

• Explore and implement new technology-driven approaches for sales and marketing development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate degree with a Science background.

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, inside sales, or a related role.

• Strong hands-on knowledge of MS Excel, including advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, lookup functions, data analysis, charts, and reporting.

• Working knowledge of email marketing tools and campaign management.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI-powered productivity/marketing tools.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong email writing and professional business communication skills.

• Good research and analytical abilities.

• Comfortable learning and working with new technologies and digital tools.

• Proactive, organized, and target-oriented approach.

• Strong follow-up and interpersonal skills.

• Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of CRM platforms.

• Experience with lead-generation tools and LinkedIn/business networking platforms.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, social media marketing, or marketing automation.

• Knowledge of AI-assisted content creation and data analysis.

• Experience in preparing sales presentations and management reports.
