Job Responsibilities:
Promote the company's healthcare services and government health schemes.
Identify and connect with new customers, hospitals, institutions, and potential business partners.
Generate new leads and explore business development opportunities.
Conduct field visits and meet with potential clients and stakeholders.
Explain the company's services and projects to prospective clients.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information and guidance.
Follow up with leads and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Participate in marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and business development initiatives.
Maintain daily activity, field visit, and lead follow-up reports.
Achieve assigned marketing and business development targets.
Contribute to the overall growth and expansion of the organization.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of Marathi, Hindi, and English.
Willingness to work in the field.
Strong customer handling and follow-up skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Ability to generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
