About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing manufacturing business. In this role, you will be on the front lines of our company, responsible for driving revenue growth by securing new business, diligently following up on leads, and nurturing long-term relationships with our existing client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify and proactively reach out to potential B2B clients, distributors, or retail partners to pitch our manufactured products.

• Lead Follow-Up: Maintain a rigorous follow-up schedule with inbound inquiries, past clients, and active prospects to guide them through the sales funnel.

• Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for existing accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction, resolving issues promptly, and securing repeat orders.

• Sales Process Execution: Draft proposals, negotiate pricing within established guidelines, and close sales contracts to meet or exceed monthly targets.

• Market Reporting: Track all sales activities, customer feedback, and competitor trends in the CRM, providing regular updates to the management team.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: proven sales experience, preferably within the manufacturing, FMCG, or wholesale industries.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.

• Organization: Strong time-management skills with a demonstrated track record of effectively managing follow-ups and pipeline tracking.

• Drive: A self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with the resilience to handle negotiations and objections professionally.
