Job Summary
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving resort sales by developing new business opportunities, managing corporate and leisure clients, and achieving revenue targets through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve resort revenue targets
Generate new business through corporate bookings, travel agents, events, and group sales
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, agents, and partners
Promote resort services including rooms, banquets, events, and packages
Conduct property visits, client meetings, and resort site inspections
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively
Coordinate with operations, reservations, and marketing teams
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis
Handle client feedback and ensure customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in resort or hospitality sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of resort operations, room inventory, and event sales
Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools
Willingness to travel for client meetings and promotions
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in corporate sales, weddings, and event management (added advantage)
