*Role Overview*
This is a 100% work-from-office role. As a Sales Manager, you’ll be the face of SpaceSync Estates for all customers who enquire online, walk into our office, or visit our sites. You’ll handle the complete sales cycle: first call to final registration.

*Key Responsibilities*
- *Digital Lead Handling*: Call, qualify, and nurture leads from portals, social media, Google Ads, and company website. Maintain CRM with 100% accuracy.
- *Walk-in Management*: Welcome walk-in prospects at the office, understand needs, present projects, and schedule site visits.
- *Cold Calling*: Generate new opportunities through cold calls, database follow-ups, and references.
- *Site Visits*: Accompany clients to project sites, explain layout, amenities, pricing, and investment benefits.
- *Negotiation & Convincing*: Handle objections, negotiate terms within company guidelines, and build long-term trust.
- *Closing*: Drive bookings, collect token amounts, and coordinate with documentation/legal team till registration.
- *Market Updates*: Stay informed on local property rates, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
- *Daily Reporting*: Share updates on calls made, visits done, pipeline status, and closures.
*Required Skills & Traits*
- *For Experienced*: 1+ years in real estate sales. Strong closing record and knowledge of RERA, loan process, registration.
- *For Freshers*: 0 years experience ok. Must have strong communication in English + Hindi/Kannada/Tamil/Telugu. Basic MS Excel & CRM learning ability.
- *Common for All*:
- Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Confident, presentable, and customer-first attitude
- Target-driven with self-motivation to work 6 days/week including weekends
- Two-wheeler preferred for site visits
*Qualifications*
- *Education*: PUC, Under Graduate, Graduate in any stream. MBA/Diploma in Sales & Marketing is a plus, not mandatory.
- *Languages*: English required. Knowledge of local languages is a strong advantage.
