We are looking for a high-energy Sales Manager who doesn't just "manage leads" but closes them.
The Role: Full Sales Conversion Ownership
As our Sales Manager, you are the engine of our growth. You will hold 100% responsibility for the sales conversion pipeline—from the first inquiry to the final contract signing. This is a hands-on role requiring a deep understanding of the Indian wedding landscape, luxury consumer behavior, and the ability to sell a vision.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Conversion & Revenue Growth
Own the Close: Take full accountability for converting leads into booked events. You are responsible for the entire sales cycle and meeting aggressive monthly revenue targets.
Strategic Pitching: Conduct high-impact consultations, presenting VOWWED’s value proposition to couples and families.
Negotiation: Masterfully navigate pricing discussions and contract terms to ensure win-win outcomes.
2. Wedding Industry Expertise
Hands-on Consulting: Leverage your deep knowledge of wedding trends, vendor pricing, and seasonal nuances to provide expert advice that builds instant trust.
Creative Alignment: Collaborate with our in-house design and operations teams to ensure the proposed sales package is both breathtaking and executable.
3. Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact during the sales phase, ensuring a premium, high-touch experience.
Translate complex client "dreams" into actionable event briefs.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 3–5 years of proven hands-on sales experience specifically within the Wedding, Luxury Hospitality, or High-End Event industries.
The "Closer" Mindset: A track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. You should be comfortable with high-stakes negotiations.
Industry Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Indian wedding traditions, decor aesthetics, and vendor ecosystems.
Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi (proficiency in regional languages is a major plus).
Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality or event management
