We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to drive business development for our hydropower and renewable energy solutions. The ideal candidate will be experienced in industrial B2B sales, comfortable working independently, and motivated by commission-based rewards.
Generate leads and secure B2B clients in the energy/infrastructure sectors
Promote hydropower and clean energy services and solutions
Maintain strong relationships with clients and follow up on sales opportunities
Prepare and present business proposals to potential clients
Report sales targets and strategies to company leadership
Travel within your region to attend meetings and explore sales opportunities
Requirements:
Female candidates only
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 2 years of sales, field marketing, or business development experience
Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and achieve results
Interest in renewable energy or infrastructure projects is a plus
