• Market Coverage: Identify and develop new business from private hospitals, diagnostic labs, nursing homes.
• Sales Targets: Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and unit targets for assigned products like X-Ray Machine, C-Arm Machine and DR Systems etc.
• Lead Management: Generate leads through Indiamart, Tradeindia etc.
• Processing: Coordinate with back-office for quotations, order booking, delivery, installation, and payment collection
• Customer Relations: Build long-term relationships with key accounts, handle queries/complaints, and ensure repeat business
• Market Intelligence: Share competitor activity, pricing, and market trends with sales manager

• Strong communication may be considered
• Product Knowledge: Basic understanding of X-Ray Machine and C-Arm Machine and DR Systems equipment
• Communication: Excellent verbal skills in Bengali, Hindi, English for doctor/customer interaction
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable with MS Excel, email, WhatsApp
• Other: Self-motivated, target-oriented. Extensive fieldwork required.
