We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive to drive admissions for MBBS and PG in India and Abroad and contribute to overall sales growth. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, counselling prospective students/parents, following up with enquiries, converting leads into admissions, and achieving monthly enrolment targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, digital enquiries, and other channels.
Contact prospective candidates and parents and understand their course and career requirements.
Explain courses, programs, fees, eligibility, benefits, and admission procedures.
Conduct effective counselling and sales presentations to convert enquiries into admissions.
Follow up consistently with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission and revenue targets.
Build strong relationships with students, parents, and referral partners.
Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Track competitors and market trends and suggest new strategies to increase admissions.

Ability to handle objections and close sales.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems, Excel, and digital communication tools.
Prior experience in education sales/admissions, counselling, telecalling, or business development is preferred.
