We are looking for a Customer Sales Executive to join our team at WEBNEST LEGAL SOLUTIONS PVT LTD. The role offers a fixed in-hand salary plus incentives and involves handling customer calls and selling company services while delivering excellent customer support. Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally
Explain company services clearly and convert inquiries into sales
Address customer questions, concerns, and service-related issues
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Provide timely solutions and ensure customer satisfaction
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
Achieve assigned sales and performance targets
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience: Freshers to 1–2 years (training will be provided)
Good communication skills in English & Hindi
Customer-focused and sales-oriented approach
Willing to work 6 days a week
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
