About the Role

We are hiring Lead Generation Specialists for a B2B Sales role. This is a pure hunting role involving email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and outbound calling.

The role requires high activity levels, strong communication skills, and a target-driven approach to identify potential clients and generate qualified business leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through emails, LinkedIn, databases, and outbound calling

• Identify and connect with decision-makers

• Explain company solutions and generate client interest

• Schedule meetings with potential clients

• Follow up with prospects regularly

• Maintain accurate prospect data in CRM systems

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets

Candidate Profile

• 0 to 3 years of experience in:

  • Inside Sales

  • Lead Generation

  • Business Development

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outreach

• Target-driven with a proactive attitude

• Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM tools

• Immediate joiners preferred
