Job Description – Sales Executive (Male Only)

Location: 3rd Floor, 8th Main Road, 2nd Block Jayanagar, Bangalore – 560011

Interview Mode: Face-to-Face

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹23,000 per month

Incentives - ₹8,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass

Languages: Hindi (must), Manageable English

Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Week Off

Meal: 1 Meal Provided

Leave: 1 Paid Leave per Month

Gender: Male Candidates Only

Training: Provided (based on Raaz App services)

About the Company / Product

You will be working for The Raaz App, a digital healthcare platform providing confidential, doctor-led treatment for male reproductive & sexual health issues.

Training will be provided on product knowledge, consultation guidelines, and customer handling.

Job Role & Responsibilities

Handle inbound & outbound customer calls.

Understand customer needs and explain the company’s healthcare services.

Provide product details related to Raaz App treatments and services.

Assist customers with onboarding and registration processes.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Maintain data accuracy and update CRM systems.

Ensure professional communication and service quality.

Provide excellent customer experience with empathy and confidentiality.

Eligibility Criteria

Male candidates only.

Must be comfortable communicating in Hindi.

Basic/Manageable English speaking ability required.

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.

Freshers and experienced both can apply.

Must be willing for rotational week-off and target-based work.
