Position-Sales Head/Sales Manager
🚀 Sales Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute sales plans and target achievement strategies for both brands.
Identify new business opportunities, target sectors, and customer segments.
Drive sales campaigns across regions, focusing on corporates, designers, printers, and educational institutions.
🚀 Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
Research and generate leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn networking, exhibitions, and referrals.
Convert leads into long-term clients, building relationships with purchase managers, school administrators, corporate buyers, and institutional heads.
🚀 Account Management & Relationship Building:
Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
Conduct regular follow-ups, understand client needs, and suggest relevant product solutions.
🚀 Collaboration & Coordination:
Work closely with marketing, purchase, and design teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
Provide regular feedback to product teams based on market and customer insights.
🚀 Target Achievement & Reporting:
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for both brands.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis to management.
